Redwood transformed the space from a carpet warehouse to an inviting neighborhood dining destination. To do so, we lowered the basement floor to provide space for the kitchen and we extended the second and thirds floors to expand the space from 3000 to more than 5000 square feet. From there, we created an inviting space that features a bar on each level, white oak floors, exposed brick walls, dramatic picture windows and a loft space that overlooks the dining room below.
